Excellent customer service and impeccable facility. I was greeted with friendly smiles, and the employees were very helpful in ensuring that the unit selected would meet my storage needs. I would give them 10 stars!!!

Ok so previously thought 5 stars for sure...but it is now 3 , incredibly HOT in the summer its 30 degrees in there, difficult to move barely breathing. No more access to water either, disappointing as this was useful to rinse of dirty boots or wood. Also found a cockroach...albeit in a trap..it is worrisome.

Best storage experience ever! Clean, spacious, and even a 53 foot truck can fit and has a ramp for ease of loading and offloading. We shipped goods from Florida and Sophie was amazing from start to finish. Best customer service. Kind, patient, knowledgeable and efficient. Really highly recommend.
